Garden State Tortoise

Rockalina the eastern box turtle was taken from the wild in 1977 and forced to live on a kitchen floor, while being fed cat food until 2025 when she was surrendered to Garden State Tortoise. Suffering from dehydration, a deformed beak and overgrown, curling nails, she couldn’t even open her eyes. After 4 months of rehabilitation at GST, Rockalina made a full, remarkable recovery and her story has reached millions, worldwide. We’re so excited to be able to offer this exclusive Rockalina plush to commemorate her recovery and journey. Let her story touch millions more and let this plush be a reminder of what she endured for nearly 50 years. We hope her story will help to save future wild turtles from facing the same situation for many years to come. Rockalina is a true survivor and even in her darkest moments, she never gave up.
